A lifelong passion for aromatics evolved when Jules's daughter Georgina suggested creating scented candles for a market. This blossomed: from Jules's years in the corporate world and then owning a beauty therapy salon, it led to Jules and JULES & GEORGINA, a collection combining luxury fragrance from essential natural oils with local craftsmanship. The products are unique; designed and handcrafted by South African ceramicists and the fragrant oils are pure and mixed by Jules. At J&G, candles are crafted from soy wax and essential oils in small batches to minimise waste and energy consumption. The ceramic vessels are designed to be reused as elegant vases, serving bowls, or decorative pieces. Only pure, natural ingredients are used, ensuring a clean burn without synthetic additives or chemicals.
